Your resilience score derived from your unique stressors makes it easy for you to track the balance between healthy and unhealthy sources of stress in your life.
If your employer uses the CuesHub service, you can anonymously receive peer support and expert advice from third-party coaches. The coach can also work with your employer to address any workplace-related issues many employees report. CuesHub allows you to transform your workplace and grow your career.
For Android phone users: To install, search for “CuesHub” on the Play Store on your smartphone, and select install on all devices. The CuesHub Stress Alerts app should install on both the phone and watch automatically.
For iPhone users: To install the watch app, open the Play Store directly on your Galaxy or Fossil watch, search for “CuesHub” and download the “CuesHub: Stress Alerts” app.
For both Android and iPhone users: Once the watch app, available for Samsung Galaxy (4, 5, 6, and 7) and Fossil (Gen 6 and Gen6 Wellness) smartwatches, is installed, open the app and grant requested permissions. Open the phone app, and follow the instructions to pair your watch app to the phone app. Stress events detected by the CuesHub app on your watch should then seamlessly sync with the CuesHub app on your smartphone.
