Smartwatch Promotion Overview

CuesHub is excited to reward our dedicated users with an opportunity to earn a new smartwatch! The first 10 users to earn 1,000 credits in the app by March 31, 2025, will receive a smartwatch as a token of appreciation for their engagement and support in spreading positivity.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the promotion, users must:

1. Be a Resident of the United States: This promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States, excluding U.S. territories.
2. Be an Active CuesHub User: Users must have a valid account and actively use the CuesHub app.
3. Earn 1,000 Credits: Credits can be earned through:
   • App Usage: Completing in-app activities, such as recording meaningful moments or engaging with wellness features.
   • Referrals: Referring new users who download the app and earn at least 20 credits by using the app themselves.
4. Complete by March 31, 2025: Only credits earned on or before this date will count toward the promotion.
5. Be Among the First 10 Users: Only the first 10 users to meet the 1,000-credit milestone will receive the smartwatch.

How to Earn Credits

1. App Activities
   • Recording meaningful moments when prompted: 1 credit per event recorded.
   • Sign-up bonus: 10 credits.
2. Referrals
   • Successfully referring a new user: 30 credits per referral.
   • Referred users must earn at least 30 credits through app usage for both users to receive the 30 bonus credits.

Reward Details

1. The reward is a new smartwatch (make and model to be determined by CuesHub at its sole discretion).
2. Winners will be notified via in-app notification within 10 business days of meeting the eligibility criteria.
3. Smartwatches will be shipped within 10 business days after winners confirm their shipping details.
4. CuesHub cannot publicly announce the names or any details of the recipients of the reward because the CuesHub app does not collect any identifying information from its users. However, the recipients can disclose it publicly at their discretion.

Additional Terms

1. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in this promotion is free and does not require any purchases.
2. One Reward Per User: Each user is eligible to receive only one smartwatch, even if they earn multiple sets of 1,000 credits.
3. Non-Transferable: Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
4. Fair Play Policy: CuesHub reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in fraudulent activity, manipulation, or any behavior that violates the app’s terms of service.
5. Changes to Promotion: CuesHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Jurisdiction: This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the user’s jurisdiction.
7. Taxes: Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. For prizes valued at $600 or more, CuesHub may issue a Form 1099-MISC for tax reporting purposes.
